Our Story
Our founder Ravi grew up in Mountain View, the son of a Mumbai chef who believed every meal should tell a story. After studying culinary arts in Naples, Italy — and falling in love with Neapolitan pizza — he came home with a radical idea.
What if you took the pillowy, charred crust of a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and built it with the spices, aromatics, and soul of his mother's kitchen? What if tikka masala wasn't just a curry — it was the best pizza sauce you've ever tasted?
His family called it a crazy experiment. His first customers called it a revelation. Five years later, we're still making the same pies — just for a lot more people.

We grind our masalas fresh every morning. No pre-made spice blends. No shortcuts.
Our sourdough base ferments for 48 hours. It's not fast — it's better.
